Virginia Bazán Gil is Head of Archives at RTVE and serves as President of FIAT/IFTA (International Federation of Television Archives). She holds a PhD from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, where her research focused on Artificial Intelligence in Media Archives.
She is also a member of the Chair at the University of Zaragoza and serves on the advisory board of FINA, contributing her expertise to the development and preservation of audiovisual heritage.
